ABOUT

I was born and raised in  Toronto, and my parents are/were survivors of the death camps in WWII. My brother was born in one right after the war (1946); Bergen Belsen.
 
I grew up in a magnificent post war era and have witnessed many exceptional advances.  My childhood friends and I always comment on how fortunate we were to have lived during those exciting and relatively peaceful years, which saw many unique events and persons… colour TV, muscle cars, Moon landing, JFK, Marilyn Monroe, Steve McQueen, Alfred Hitchcock, The Beatles, Motown, Frankie Vallee…. and much much more, including huge tech advances.
I became a dentist, and still am, almost 50 years later, but wanted to be a pro athlete, as sports and music were my oracles. Story telling became my mantra.
I wrote the Novel, Retrovirus in 2010, and the screenplays, co-written with Tennessee Webb, a very talented writer, in 2011.
 
I had very interested Hollywood producers, and was close to selling and co-producing it. One day…

I have written other books and another screenplay entitled Sixth Ring “www.sixthring.org” 2012

I wrote a self help book for Dentists entitled “Why My Dentist is F’ed Up”. (2007)

I have 3 other screenplays in the works: a Docudrama, entitled “Six Million Less Six” about 6 Holocaust survivors, dear friends of my parents; a political-historical thriller which is called “Das Paradox“; and another sports story, called “Between the Spheres”.

SIX MILLION LESS SIX

Try to imagine in your worst nightmare, if you can, your government making an announcement that tomorrow morning at 6 am all persons with freckles and who are left handed are to be hung.
Try to imagine that there is no way out; that your possible escape has been blocked, and that your town has been impenetrably fortified by an army of systematic murderers.
What would you do?
The persons that I write about in this docudrama are/were living persons/Jews from small towns in Poland during the late 1930’s and early 40’s.
I know that there are thousands of stories of those who survived.
But, these stories are beyond belief and comprehension.
 
I will begin with the story of Rose Wilder, born 1922 in Bendzeine.
